We assist clients based outside West Bengal, including overseas clients, with matters in Kolkata, and West Bengal clients with matters in other states, where the case falls within our practice and is accepted. Initial discussions and document coordination can often be handled remotely. E-filing, video hearings and any requirement for personal attendance depend on the relevant forum and the particular case.

Forum, procedure and available remedies depend on the facts, documents, jurisdiction and applicable law. For details of the work covered, see Practice Areas.
